Avand in vedere cat transpiri in timpul unei partide mai dezlantuite, cred ca slabesti ... dar prin transpiratie nu se slabeste efectiv, pentru ca daca bei 2-3 pahare de apa, pui la loc ce ai transpirat mai devreme ...
